The fermentation tank is wildly used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological engineering industry, the tank body has interlayer, insulating layer (can heating, cooling and insulation). It together with upper and below headings is made in R angle. Inside of the tank has mirrored treated. The finish degree is Ra¡Ü0.4¦Ìm. No dead angle. Fully sealed structure can ensure the material blending and fermentation all in no pollution condition. The tank equipped with breather, cleaning ball, sanitary grade manhole, sight glass, light etc.

The fermentation of pharmacy, fine chemical industry and biological product is process of sterilization and non -pollution. This fermentation tank adopts sterilization system to avoid the pollution from microbe in the air so as to prolong product quality warranty and taste. We specially design and install sterilization breath hole or sterilization positive pressure fermentation system, can circulating heating and cooling via the medium. The part contact with the material all made of SUS304 or SUS316L. The insulation adopted with polyurethane foam or EPE foam. The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing, meeting with the GMP standard.
